Booking & Payment
Our rates apply to the entire villa for up to 6 guests. All utilities and services are included in the rental rate, including electricity, water, final cleaning, pool heating, air conditioning, as well as local taxes and fees.
After you book through our website, we will send you a rental agreement within 24 hours. Please complete and sign the agreement, then return it to us at sunset_fl@online.de. A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due upon signing. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received both the signed rental agreement and the deposit payment.
When you book through this website, we will hold your requested dates for
10 days. If we do not receive the signed rental agreement and/or the deposit within that time, we unfortunately have to release the dates for other guests.
Security Deposit & Cancellation
For each booking, we require a refundable security deposit of $900. The deposit is due together with the remaining balance no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. If everything is in order after your departure, the security deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer within 48 hours.
If you cancel your booking more than one calendar month before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival, only your deposit (30%) will be forfeited. In the event of a last-minute cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival, 100% of the rental amount will be due.
We therefore strongly recommend purchasing
travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage.
